Venue and Accommodation: The events will take place in the Van der Valk Hotel in Sassenheim-Leiden (Holland) - easily accessbile by train from Amsterdam Airport/City Centre. ETP4HPC has reserved a block of rooms at the special rate of 134,50 euros (including breakfast). If you would like to book a hotel room, send an email to banqueting@sassenheim.valk.com including your name, date of stay and reservation number SAS-GF24617. Please note the rooms are guaranteed until 6 PM, if you plan to arrive later, they will require a payment upfront. This rate is available until the 6th of Februaryonly, after this date there is no guarantee that you can get a room at this rate.
